Bookish Club

Borders is closing and I like hundreds, maybe thousands of others, rushed to pick up a few books.

When I got home and M asked me what books I got.

I told him “the ones for the bookclub.”

Mr have-to-ruin-Jaqueline’s-fun said, “your two people bookclub”

Here’s the problem. Me and my best friend love reading and we decided that being part of a bookclub was the only way to keep us on our toes about it. The second part is we live on sepreat sides of the coast.

The purpose of the book club (for us) is to encourage each other to read something other then textbooks (for her) and business books (for me).

Long Long Long ago… about 4 years… she and I enjoyed reading fiction. This is back in the sweet old days, when we had free time and summers weren’t occupied with work. We’ve selected the books we’ll be reading for the next upcoming months. at the end of the month I’ll be posting a review, actually just my thoughts on the books.
